Moore Property Services is a Kansas City–based residential construction company focused on remodels, additions, and new construction. We come from a family of builders and bring decades in the trades—planning carefully, coordinating the right people at the right time, and paying attention to the details that homeowners live with every day.
We take a common-sense approach to construction. We’ll be upfront about what we know, what we don’t know yet, and what it will take to get you accurate answers. We don’t believe in vague promises or “we’ll figure it out later.” Instead, we set clear expectations, define scope early, and keep communication simple and consistent.
Once a project is approved, we manage the work through a client portal so documents, photos, selections, schedules, and messages stay in one place. That keeps decisions organized and helps the project move forward without confusion.
Our goal is simple: treat your home and your budget with the same care we’d want on our own project, and deliver a finished space you feel good about.
Meet the Moore Team
Moore Property Services is owned and operated by Lindsey and Michael Moore
We’re a husband-and-wife team, and we’re hands-on by design—meaning you’ll work directly with the people responsible for the outcome. We live and work in the Kansas City area, and we genuinely enjoy helping homeowners improve the spaces they spend their lives in.
Between us, we bring decades of experience across remodels, additions, and new builds. Michael is the steady, consistent presence on the field side—coordinating trades, watching quality, and making sure the jobsite stays safe and organized. He’s the one who catches the small details before they become big problems and keeps the project moving day to day.
Lindsey runs the planning and paperwork side—scope clarity, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation—so expectations are clear and decisions don’t get missed. She’s detail-driven, direct, and highly organized, which keeps projects from drifting and helps clients feel informed instead of overwhelmed.
