Most remodels follow the same path: initial site visit, budget alignment, a detailed fixed-price scope, selections/preconstruction planning, permitting (when required), then the build phase and closeout. We keep decisions organized up front to protect schedule and budget.

Once your project is approved, communication runs through the client portal in our app. That keeps proposals, documents, photos, selections, schedules, change requests, and messages in one place—so nothing gets lost in texts, emails, or voicemails. You’ll have a single thread for decisions and a clean record of approvals.

If something impacts cost, scope, or schedule—whether it’s an owner change or a hidden condition—we document it and get approval in writing before work proceeds. No surprises, no “we’ll figure it out later.”

Some clients stay home during construction; some choose to relocate temporarily. It depends on the scope, the rooms affected, and your comfort level with noise, dust, and limited access. We’ll talk through this early and make a plan that keeps your household functioning as well as possible.
